A mattress upgrade on our Thailand trip
We were long overdue for a mattress upgrade. During our Thailand trip, we visited a latex bedding factory, tried the products and decided to buy bedding for home. This is a historical account based on our original review, not a new product test or a report on the bedding’s current condition.
What started as a search for a more comfortable bed became a chance to see a factory presentation and try the bedding ourselves. Spoiler: we didn’t leave empty-handed.
At the latex factory
The entrance sign in our photographs reads Siam Premium Latex Co.,Ltd, and Orenda branding appears on the displays and product labels. Those photographs do not establish the ownership or manufacturing relationship between the names. The presentation introduced the bedding’s materials and support design. It was a supplier presentation, not an independent product test.

What we bought
Our original review lists the following items:
Two latex pillows: We reported that we slept better with these pillows.
One latex mattress: We described a spring-free feel that adapted to our bodies.
A complimentary latex throw: We found it soft and comfortable for cozy nights.
How the order arrived
In our original account, we placed the order at the factory on May 24 and received the package in New York by May 30. The original account gives those month-and-day dates without an established year. We described the items as vacuum-sealed and wrapped in protective plastic, and the delivery was quicker than we had expected. That was our order’s experience, not a delivery-time promise for other buyers.

What the visit did and didn’t establish
Materials and product claims
Our photographs document the products and their labels, but this review does not independently verify exact models, material percentages, certifications or the supplier’s technology claims. The visit also did not establish sustainability, a promised lifespan or medical benefits.
Comfort
We liked how the bedding felt and described better sleep in our original review. Those are personal impressions, not measurements of spinal alignment, pressure distribution or cooling performance.
Comfort and allergies
Comfort is not the same as allergy safety. Natural-rubber latex can cause allergic reactions.[1][2] Anyone with a known or suspected latex allergy should check the product materials and consult an allergist before choosing latex bedding.[1] Our comfort report is not evidence that the bedding treats allergies.
Cost, availability and practical limits

Our historical purchase does not confirm current stock, international ordering options or factory-visit arrangements.
The amount in our original review
Our original review reported around $1,400 for two pillows, a mattress, a complimentary throw and international shipping to New York. That approximate amount has not been reconciled against the final order, so it is not a verified all-in total, a current price or a basis for claiming better value than another brand.
The mattress base
This review does not establish the base requirements for the exact mattress we bought or whether the seller supplied a suitable base.
Comparing an overseas purchase
For a useful comparison, match the mattress size, thickness, materials and firmness, then account for shipping, any import charges, a suitable base and return costs. Check the trial period and warranty, including what a return from abroad would involve. A showroom demonstration alone does not establish that one brand is better than another.
What we took away from the visit
We enjoyed the visit and appreciated being able to try the bedding before buying. Our original review was positive about the comfort and delivery experience.
The original review’s one-year account
The original review included an account described as one year after the purchase. At that time, we reported no sagging or other issues with the mattress and said the mattress and pillows had improved our sleep. Those were our observations for that reported period, not an independently measured durability result or medical evidence. They are not a fresh condition check in 2026, and this revision adds no new ownership update.
